How I work
Listen, Assess, Plan, Act
Listen. I start with your goals, your constraints and what you have already tried.
Assess. I look at how the business really runs: your site, tools, data and customer journey, scored on evidence.
Plan. You get a clear, prioritised plan. Use what you already pay for first, then the best new solutions, phased to fit your budget, with named next steps.
Act. You act on it, with mentoring or fractional support if you would like a hand.
